Thank you for picking Lightning UI
Now that the library has been downloaded, it's time to set it up and try it out !
Setup
A file called "Lightning_UI_Library.zip" should be in your downloaded files (Win + E / Option + Command + L). You can open it and copy the folder into your project if you already have one open, or you can create a new one and then add the folder at the root.
Your project should now at least consist of the root of your project and a folder called "Lightning_UI" in which you'll find 8 files :
- components.html : The file from which you can copy/paste all the library pre-made blocks
- news.html : The automatised, JS-injection based blog template
- style.css : The file in which all the style is declared
- script.js : The file in which all the dynamic functions are
- blogData.js : The file in which all the blog posts' content will be written
- README.md : The file in which all the project's details will be written
- LICENSE.md : The file in which all there is to know about the licensing will be written
- NOTICE.md : The file in which all the remaining clauses are described.
Please note that both LICENSE.md and NOTICE.md must be kept intact in your project using Lightning UI, it's a clause of contract from the MIT License. I'd suggest keeping the README.md file as well, because it contains a lot of key information regarding the library.
You should now be ready to start working on your project, congrats !
